You will develop your skills in our excellent range of training facilities, including Chef’s Whites Restaurant, which is open to the public, where you will gain valuable, realistic experience in a vibrant and modern environment.

Whether you prefer the poultry or patisserie side of catering we have the right work environment for you. From our on-campus restaurant that hosts  lunch, dinner and entertaining themed cuisine evenings, or at our on-campus deli open 5 days a week serving up all things ‘deli-cious’!
