This qualification is for anyone interested in a career in the hospitality sector. You’ll learn about many aspects of the industry and gain valuable practical and teamwork skills. The course will be Level 1 Award in the Hospitality industry.
You will be working in our industry-standard kitchens, cooking and serving food to customers.
This study programme includes a range of units assessed across the kitchen and restaurant, as well as assignments and unit exams to cover the theory.
You will also receive personal tutorials, which will provide opportunities to set meaningful targets for yourself and to carry out self-evaluation and reflection.
There will be other non-qualification activities which you will engage in whilst studying, such as enrichment activities which might include the development of employability skills, teamwork, customer service, safe working practices, and problem-solving techniques, which are very important when thinking about working in this industry.
