Course overview

This qualification gives you the opportunity to further your front of house skills and supervise the running in our excellent restaurant, known as Chefs’ Whites. 

You will be observed within these lessons and have assignments to complete for each unit. 

Suffolk Centre of Culinary Arts is continuing to grow and this gives you the opportunity to be part of large functions, theme nights and organising an event yourself. 

This study programme includes evening sessions every week.

This course is for you if you would like to take a supervisory or leadership role in front of house.
