Build your career in Engineering

Our study programmes are highly practical, allowing you to learn by doing while building the underpinning knowledge needed to work safely and effectively. You’ll be taught by experienced lecturers and benefit from industry-standard equipment and environments.

For school leavers, our full-time courses provide a clear route into engineering careers or higher-level study, while adults can upskill or retrain through flexible, career-focused learning.

You will also have opportunities to engage with local employers, attend exhibitions such as the Duxford Engineering Technology Skills Exhibition, and gain insight into real industry practice. Alongside your technical training, you’ll develop personal, social and employability skills through projects, including opportunities to contribute to community-based work and explore different career pathways within engineering.
