The study programme provides learners with the opportunity to study both the theory and practical aspects of a range of different engineering processes in different engineering disciplines as general engineering, electronic engineering and welding and fabrication as well as being an excellent pathway to employment within the sector or progression on to the level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering the following year.
You will spend time in our industry-standard workshop facilities where activities are completed in fully resourced workshops led by highly competent and qualified staff. You must pass all practical and theoretical elements of the programme to achieve this nationally recognised qualification.
