Course overview

Our teaching team of expert composers, engineers, producers, and technicians will give you a thorough grounding in areas such as:

  • Using our brand new Apple Mac suites for music production and songwriting.
  • Learning to use industry-standard software such as Logic Pro, Protools, and Ableton Live
  • Using our 3 recording studios, kitted out with professional software and hardware.
  • Mixing and mastering tracks to a professional standard.
  • Planning for and providing live sound expertise for various events.

All of our assessed gigs and events will be at external venues in and around Suffolk, they won’t be in the SNC building.

Your year will end with a Final Major Project, where YOU decide what you would like to do to meet the required criteria

There are NO EXAMS on this course as all of the assessments will be coursework-based.
