Course overview

This course is designed to support progression towards higher level programmes, internships and apprenticeships as well as developing skills for employment within the Animal Care sector.

The Route to College (Working with Animals) course is for anyone who wants a career working with animals. You do not need any experience working in an animal care role or any previous animal care qualifications. This is a one year programme, starting in September.

Attendance to all aspects of the study programme is required. This is typically 3 days per week on campus, participating in a range of both practical and classroom-based activities.
