The Level 2 Certificate in Arboriculture aims to:
The practical elements of the course are taught offsite in realistic working environments. The main component of the course is a Level 2 Certificate in Arboriculture.
Course start dates; September 2022, January 2023 and April 2023.
Whilst undertaking Arboriculture learning it is important that learners understand the inherent physically demanding nature of the course. It is therefore important that students inform the college of any relevant long or short term medical condition to allow appropriate risk assessment to ensure your safety during learning. This can be disclosed either on enrolment or raised to your teaching team. All information disclosed in this regard will be treated confidentially.

You may also have the opportunity to undertake the following (subject to availability);
Due to the nature of the course there will be a large amount of offsite training. Therefore, you will be expected to use your own vehicle to travel to this external site.
After the course you will be able to continue onto other courses or work in the arboriculture industry. Many students who enrol on one of these courses go on to set up their own businesses, based on the training that they have received.
