How do I apply?

Our online application system is now closed ready for enrolment but don't worry! - You can still apply for our part-time 19/20 courses by downloading a paper application form (by clicking here) and sending it to us!

Applications for 2020/21 courses will be open in November

Useful Forms

Declaration of Qualifications - L2 (right click and select save file as)

If you indicate that you do not hold any Level 2 qualifications, you may be entitled to a reduction in tuition fees. Suffolk New College requires you to submit the Declaration of Qualifications with your enrolment form.

Declaration of Qualifications - L3 (right click and select save file as)

If you indicate that you do not hold any Level 3 qualifications, you may be entitled to a reduction in tuition fees. Suffolk New College requires you to submit the Declaration of Qualifications with your enrolment form.

Declaration of Criminal Convictions (right click and select save file as)

If you have any criminal convictions, you may be required to complete the Declaration. Please see the Student Guide to Enrolment for further details. Please be aware that if you do not indicate any convictions you have, it may be necessary for Suffolk New College to terminate your studies.

Fee Remission Documentation

Invoice Authorisation Form (right click and select save file as)

If your course fees are to be paid by your employer, sponsor or training provider, you will be required to provide a completed Invoice Authorisation Form, signed by whoever authorises payments for that organisation. Following this, they will be invoiced for the fees.
