Online applications for 2021/22 entry are now open - see our course details pages for information and to apply.

If you require a paper application form, please download it via this link. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are unable to accept forms in-person; please return your completed application to the Student Data Team, Suffolk New College, Ipswich, IP4 1LT. Declaration of Qualifications - L2

If you indicate that you do not hold any Level 2 qualifications, you may be entitled to a reduction in tuition fees. Suffolk New College requires you to submit the Declaration of Qualifications with your enrolment form.

Declaration of Qualifications - L3

If you indicate that you do not hold any Level 3 qualifications, you may be entitled to a reduction in tuition fees. Suffolk New College requires you to submit the Declaration of Qualifications with your enrolment form.

Declaration of Criminal Convictions

If you have any criminal convictions, you may be required to complete the Declaration. Please see the Student Guide to Enrolment for further details. Please be aware that if you do not indicate any convictions you have, it may be necessary for Suffolk New College to terminate your studies.

Fee Remission Documentation

Invoice Authorisation Form

If your course fees are to be paid by your employer, sponsor or training provider, you will be required to provide a completed Invoice Authorisation Form, signed by whoever authorises payments for that organisation. Following this, they will be invoiced for the fees.
