This qualification will suit students aged 16+. It would suit learners who have an interest in Mechanics. We will focus on the mechanics of various machinery. This course is used as a stepping stone to enable learners to practise their skills ready to progress onto Level 1 Motor Vehicle. During the course we focus on developing and expanding on soft skills.
Various practical and theory units will be completed in the year that you are studying on this programme.
Two GCSEs at Grade 1 including maths and/or English, or demonstrate the ability to work towards Level 1 in maths and English in an assessment.
