Create Memorable Experiences

Travel and tourism is about much more than getting from A to B. Behind every successful holiday, visitor attraction, festival or event is a team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences.

You’ll explore how tourism businesses, hotels, attractions and event organisers work together to welcome visitors and exceed expectations. Thanks to our close links with the Suffolk Centre for Culinary Arts, you’ll also gain an understanding of the hospitality industry and the important role it plays in creating memorable experiences for guests and visitors.

Along the way, you’ll develop valuable skills in communication, customer service and teamwork that are highly sought after by employers across the industry.
