Our Student Support team is readily available to assist with various matters, including student funding, financial aid, as well as spiritual and health concerns. You’re not alone in facing these challenges; we’re here to provide the support you need.

For those with inclusion needs, such as requiring classroom support or accommodations to facilitate learning, our team offers a range of tailored services to ensure your individual needs are met effectively.

Furthermore, we have established partnerships with specialist external providers to maintain consistency and quality in the support offered, whether it’s provided directly by the College or through external channels.

The role of the Youth & Safety Rangers was introduced in response to student feedback.

They are in place to ensure you have access to a safe and secure environment by maintaining a high profile and working proactively with you in a security and youth worker capacity.

The Rangers are visible around the the Ipswich and Rural campuses throughout each day.

The Additional Learning Support Team (ALS) can offer Information, Advice and Guidance for students who experience learning difficulties or a disability and their families.

The team provide support to students with a wide range of specific needs and disabilities, including completing assessments of needs, advising on what kind of support should be provided, and contributing as appropriate to Education Health Care Plans (EHCP).
