Halesworth Enrolment
The enrolment dates below are for courses delivered at our Halesworth and Leiston campuses. Please check your course carefully, as enrolment dates vary. All enrolment appointments will take place at our Halesworth campus.

What do I need to bring?
Certificates / Result Slips
Please remember to bring all GCSE, A-Level, Functional Skills or any other relevant certificates you have, along with any result slips that show your scores for English and maths. (including transcripts that show many points you are from the grade boundary).
A form of ID
Such as passport, or full/provisional driving licence/birth certificate.
Exam Concessions info
Please bring with you confirmation of exam concessions from your current education provider and/or formal diagnosis letters
eg. Form 8s, Dyslexia reports, diabetes, Irlens, Autism, ADHD diagnoses.
Payment
If you will be under 19 on the 31st August there will be no tuition fee.
If you will be 19 or over and require information on Tuition Fees you will be able to discuss this with student support.
Other Details
During enrolment, you’ll need to provide the name, email address and telephone number of your next of kin, so please make sure you have these details with you.

Your start date will be provided when you enrol and your timetable will be provided during your first week.

You can only apply for a Bursary after you have enrolled.
For Ipswich based courses – you will enrol at the Ipswich Campus.
For Rural based courses – you will enrol at our Rural Campus in Otley.
For courses based at On The Coast – you will enrol at our Halesworth Campus.

If you are unable to attend the above enrolment dates please get in touch with your course administrator on 01473 382200 to let them know you are away and they will let the course teams know so you can enrol when you return from your holiday.
If you sign in at reception then car parking is free.
At Ipswich please do not part at the University of Suffolk as you may receive a fine.
Yes, please bring your exam results and proof of ID.
Although refreshments are available you may also want to bring a drink in case it is hot.
You’ll have your photo taken during enrolment for your college ID card. No pressure, but this is the photo you’ll be showing people for a while!
Please remove hats, caps and sunglasses before your photo is taken.

Your ID card will be given to you at the end of enrolment.
Enrolment can be especially busy during the morning, so there may be some queues and waiting times. Make sure your phone is charged and your favourite playlist, podcast or game is ready to go. Free Wi-Fi will be available across campus while you wait.
If you are starting the second year of a two year course then you will not need to enrol.
If you are starting a new level you will be invited to come in an enrol.
Parents and carers are welcome to attend, but they are not required. During enrolment, you’ll need to provide the name, email address and telephone number of your next of kin, so please make sure you have these details with you.
