Step Up & Lead – Level 3 (For new or aspiring managers)

A practical, confidence‑building programme for first‑line managers, new managers and accidental managers. Focuses on real‑world skills like communication, delegation, resilience and handling difficult situations. Aligned to CMI Level 3 and supports progression toward Chartered Manager (CMgr) status.

Lead with Impact – Level 5 (For experienced supervisors & middle managers)

A strategic development journey for managers stepping into higher‑level leadership. Builds capability in strategic thinking, influencing, performance management, change leadership and innovation. Aligned to CMI Level 5 and supports the CMgr pathway.
