ActivLives

A local independent charity working with individuals and communities, of all ages, but with a particular focus on 55 plus who live-in hardpressed areas in Ipswich and across Suffolk. Offering a wide range of services and programmes ActivLives helps people connect, be active, take notice, learn and give through our ActivHubs, ActivSport, ActivGardens and ActivSingers programmes. Sessions provide preventative services to support everyone keep ACTIVE, HEALTHY and CONNECTED.
