Making Innovation Happen 

1 Day – Innovation & Improvement Workshop – L5

Innovation isn’t just a big ideas exercise; it’s a practical leadership skill. This workshop gives managers simple methods to unlock creativity, solve problems and turn ideas into action.  They learn design thinking techniques, rapid testing approaches and Lean Start-up tools that reduce risk and accelerate results.

By the end, leaders know how to bring fresh thinking into everyday work and drive meaningful improvement.

AM Session — Drive Creativity with Design Thinking 

  • Understand the design thinking cycle
    • Use empathy to uncover needs
    • Reframe problems creatively
    • Generate ideas using simple tools
    • Test ideas quickly and cheaply

PM Session — Turn Ideas into Action with Lean Startup 

  • Learn the Build–Measure–Learn cycle
    • Create quick prototypes

    • Turn one idea into a practical plan
