Customer Service (Employer Friendly) – Positive Customer Conversations

Employer Friendly 6 Week Pathway – Fits neatly around work commitments

Build Confidence. Improve Communication. Deliver Great Customer Service.

This blended Level 1 course is designed to help you develop practical communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Gain the confidence to explain your views, respond to customer needs and contribute positively to workplace interactions.

Develop skills to handle everyday customer enquiries confidently and professionally. You will gain negotiation techniques, rapport building skills and the ability to manage simple issues.

Great customer service requires empathy, confidence and clear communication. This course strengthens these essential behaviours through practical roleplay and scenario based learning. Learners explore how to build rapport, ask helpful questions, handle simple issues and maintain a warm, professional tone.

Employers benefit from improved customer satisfaction, fewer escalations and more consistent front of house support. Learners gain the confidence to approach customer interactions with calmness and clarity.

Whether you’re new to customer service or looking to strengthen your confidence and communication skills, this course will help you interact positively and professionally with customers and colleagues alike.

A Portfolio of Evidence captures learners’ realworld customer communication skills.

This course is ideal for learners progressing from Entry Level or those preparing for employment in business administration or customer-facing roles.

The course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF).   There is no cost for eligible adult learners, 19+.

Duration: 2 days and 4 online sessions
