Course overview

This course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and is available at a heavily subsided fee.  There are limited free places available for eligible learners earning under £25,750 if you have successfully completed the L2 Warehousing and Logistics course.

Gain the essential skills and certification needed to safely operate a counterbalance forklift truckThis course is ideal for those working in warehousing, distribution, agriculture, or horticulture, or anyone looking to enter these industries.

This course provides both practical training and formal assessment for forklift operators. It meets the basic training requirements set out in the Approved Code of Practice for Rider Operated Lift Trucks.  This qualification does not replace any legal requirement for a driving licence.
