Communication – Speak Up With Confidence

Do you want to feel more confident speaking at work?

Ready to improve your communication skills and take your first step into employment?

The Entry Level 3 course will help grow your confidence and express yourself more clearly in everyday work and life situations. You’ll gain skills in speaking, listening and sharing simple ideas and you will create a portfolio highlighting your development as a more confident communicator at work.

The programme will include:

  • Speaking clearly and confidently
  • Understanding workplace expectations
  • Improving listening skills
  • Write simple, professional messages
  • Complete workplace forms accurately
  • Ask and answer questions with confidence

Throughout the course, learners build a Portfolio of Evidence showing their growing communication strengths across real workplace situations.

This programme is ideal for adults looking to begin their journey into business administration or build the confidence needed to take their first steps into work.

The course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF).  There is no cost for eligible adult learners, 19+.
