This course aims to provide students with a qualification to enter a specialist area of employment or to progress onto Higher Education.
You will study a range of units including:
- Exploring the business environment
- Developing a marketing campaign
- Managing an event
A wide range of internal assessment methods is used, such as; written assignments, presentations, interviews, and assessments using interactive technologies.
There will also be 4 externally-assessed modules. You will have a personal tutor who will support you in setting personal and academic targets to work towards your career aims and goals. Students benefit from support in developing personal, social, and employability skills including work experience with local employers.
