Course overview

Business Administration (Intensive) – Getting Organised and Delivering Results

Intensive Pathway – For quickly preparing staff for increasing responsibility

During this Intensive L2 course you will enhance the skills that help you excel in your current role and prepare for progression. You will learn to plan and prioritise tasks, communicate information clearly and manage your workload independently. You will gain skills in organisation, self management, time management and professional communication, and you’ll build a portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver consistent results at work.

As workplace demands increase, strong organisational skills become essential. This course teaches learners how to prioritise tasks, manage their workload, communicate progress clearly and stay focused even when responsibilities grow. They learn practical techniques for planning, structuring work, and dealing calmly with unexpected changes.

The programme supports employees who want to become more independent, dependable and capable of managing tasks without constant direction. Employers gain staff who are better organised, better at communicating updates and more able to deliver consistent results.

Learners complete a Portfolio of Evidence showing how they organise tasks, problem solving, communicate information and manage responsibilities effectively.

This course is ideal for learners progressing from Level 1 or those who want to build on their existing skills in business administration or customer-facing roles.

The course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF).  There is no cost for eligible adult learners, 19+.

Duration 8 days
