Business Administration – Starting Work with Confidence

During the Entry Level 3 course you will build the essential skills you need to feel capable and confident in your current role or future roles. You’ll learn how to communicate clearly, follow instructions and demonstrate positive workplace behaviours. By the end, you’ll gain skills in basic communication, understanding workplace expectations and completing simple tasks independently and you’ll create a portfolio of evidence showing your growing confidence and capability at work.

The course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF). There is no cost for eligible adult learners, 19+.
