Course overview

Who is this course for?

The Domestic Air Source Heat Pump (level 3) installer training course is designed for qualified plumbers, heating engineers, oil engineers or gas engineers who wish to install Heat Pump Systems and hold a recognised NVQ Level 2/3 or earlier equivalent qualification.

Entry Requirement:

The course is aimed at qualified plumbers and gas engineers who hold a level 2 or level 3 qualification and wish to expand the services they can offer.

A pre-requisite recommendation is BPECs Low Temperature Hot Water Heating Systems (LTHWHS)

How is the course delivered?

The course is delivered at our Ipswich Campus in our state-of-the-art Netzero Skills Centre.

The course is delivered as follows:

  • Heat Pump Technology (2days)
  • Air Source (1day)
  • Total = 3 days

Mandatory units 1

How will I be assessed?

Assessment method(s): Practical Assessment, Written assessment, Multiple choice questions

What is the course cost?

Original course cost of £600 reduced by 50% – Our price £300!

What qualification will I achieve?

On completion of the course you will be awarded a BPEC level 3 in Domestic Air Source Heat Pump Installer (level 3) qualification.
