You will also develop knowledge, which will contribute to the organisations purpose, vision and aims, develop effective cross-departmental relationships internally and with external stakeholder, as well as understanding legislations, regulation and external processes. The apprentice will complete an End point Assessment to demonstrate that they can perform knowledge, skills and behaviours in their occupation.

Motor Vehicle and Maintenance Apprentice| Base Garage

The technician must be able to work independently but also operate as an effective team member and have good customer service skills. The technician will work on all the systems found within the vehicle, the day-to-day work ranges from replacing simple parts through to solving complex faults with the use of diagnostic methods and equipment. The tasks faced are constantly changing, driven by the introduction of ever more complex technologies and diagnostic techniques. The apprentice will complete an End Point Assessment to demonstrate that they can perform knowledge, skills and behaviours in their occupation
