Learning Support Roles
Our Learning Support Practitioners (LSPs) provide essential classroom and workshop support across a range of areas including construction, motor vehicle, hair and beauty. And you could join them!

- LSP Recruitment Events at Halesworth: Friday 14th and Saturday 15th July (10am – 12noon).
Attending our LSP Recruitment Event at Halesworth is the ideal way for you to gain more information about the rewarding role of the LSP, have a look around the centre and meet some of our team.
At the event you will be able to speak to a member of the team about your current skills, knowledge and experience and discuss areas you feel you would like to develop with the LSP role in mind.

Following the event, if you would like to explore the role of the LSP further, you will be invited to one of the Development Days taking place in centre on the 17th, 18th and 19th July, where we will deliver a bespoke development package to you, enabling you to learn more about the role, gain new SEN knowledge and experience college life at Halesworth (with the offer of a financial incentive).
At the end there will be a chance of an interview, following application, and an opportunity to work for the College if successful.
