Youth Leadership Forum

The Youth Leadership Forum gives learners at Suffolk New College a genuine voice in shaping their college experience. It is a space where ideas are heard, discussed and turned into real action.

What are our main aims?

Learners meet regularly with peers and senior staff to share feedback, suggest improvements and help influence decisions that affect student life. Through the forum, students are not only listened to but empowered to make a difference.

The impact of the forum is already visible across the college. For example, learner feedback has helped shape major investment in learning environments, transforming traditional library spaces into modern, vibrant study areas with a mix of learning resources and social spaces.
