The programme covers key everyday digital skills including staying safe online, creating simple documents, making basic visual content and exploring how AI can help with everyday tasks. All workshops are relaxed, supportive and perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a gentle refresher.

Learn how to create simple documents, letters and forms using Word, Google Docs or similar tools. See how to save, share and organise files, use basic formatting and work with templates. Ideal for building workplace‑ready digital skills in a supportive environment.
Creative Tools (Canva)
Create simple posters, invitations and social media graphics using Canva’s easy‑to‑use templates. Add images, colours and text to make polished designs for personal, community or small‑business use. A gentle and fun introduction to digital creativity.
AI for Everyday Life
Discover how AI tools can help with day‑to‑day tasks like writing, planning, ideas and problem‑solving. Learn how to use AI safely and responsibly through guided, hands‑on activities. A simple, practical introduction to AI suitable for complete beginners.
Introductory Launch Prices (2026)
To celebrate the opening of the Stowmarket Innovation Gateway training centre, we are offering special introductory rates for the Everyday Digital Series:
- Individual workshops: £25 per person
- Everyday Digital Bundle (4 workshops): £80 per person
- Community Group Booking (6 places – any mix): £120
- Private Onsite Delivery (community organisations / charities): From £150
Additional attendees: £20 per person (up to 12)
Introductory prices valid until December 2026 – then subject to review.
Cancellation
- We require at least 10 working days’ notice for cancellations.
- A minimum of 8 learners per workshop is required for the session to run.
