Turning Pressure into Progress 

1 Day – Pressure, Negotiation & Conflict Workshop – L5

At Level 5, pressure is part of the job, but it doesn’t have to derail performance. This workshop teaches leaders how to stay calm, think clearly and respond constructively under pressure.  They also learn practical techniques for negotiation and conflict resolution, helping them address difficult situations quickly and professionally.

Leaders walk away with the confidence to handle challenging conversations and highs, take moments with control and composure.
