Communication (Employer Friendly) – Communicating Clearly at Work

Employer Friendly 6 Week Pathway – Gentle, structured progression.

During this blended Level 2 course learners practise real workplace scenarios to strengthen clarity, confidence and professionalism. Employers benefit from fewer misunderstandings, more consistent communication and staff better equipped for responsibility.

Enhance your communication for more complex workplace situations. You will gain skills in presenting information, writing clearly, giving feedback and adjusting communication to different audiences.

Clear, structured communication becomes increasingly important as roles develop. This course helps learners sharpen their communication in more complex situations, writing professional messages, giving feedback, presenting information and adapting communication for different audiences.

A Portfolio of Evidence demonstrates each learner’s ability to communicate information clearly and professionally.

This course is ideal for learners progressing from Level 1 or those who want to build on their existing skills in business administration or customer-facing roles.

The course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF).   There is no cost for eligible adult learners, 19+.

Duration 5 days and 4 online sessions
