Customer Service Basics – Build the communication skills you need to succeed at work

Are you ready to improve your communication skills and take your first step into employment?

In this Entry Level 3 course you will strengthen the foundations of great customer service. You will gain skills in polite communication, greeting customers, understanding simple needs and responding clearly and you will create a portfolio showing your ability to deliver positive customer interactions.

Learners build a Portfolio of Evidence showing their ability to support customers effectively and professionally.

This programme is ideal for adults looking to begin their journey into business administration or build the confidence needed to take their first steps into work.

The course is funded through the UK Government’s Adult Skills Fund (ASF).   There is no cost for eligible adult learners, 19+.
