T Levels

What are T Levels?
T Levels are a technical qualification equivalent to three A Levels. They are designed for students who want a strong technical education combined with substantial workplace experience.

What makes T Levels different?
A more focused course linked to a specific career area (for example, digital, construction or health)
Include a significant industry placement, giving students real experience with an employer
Developed with employers to reflect current industry needs

Where can they lead?
T Levels can lead directly to skilled employment, higher or degree‑level apprenticeships, or higher education, particularly for courses closely aligned with industry.
