1 Day – New & Aspiring Managers – L3

New and accidental managers often feel unsure about where to start. This workshop helps them understand themselves as leaders, recognise their strengths, and handle early leadership challenges with more confidence.

Participants learn the basics of emotional intelligence, leadership style and self-awareness so they can lead with clarity, not doubt.  They leave with a personal plan that guides their growth throughout the programme.
