Apprenticeships

Interested in paid work and qualifications?

An apprentice can be anyone over the age of 16 who joins a business and works alongside an experienced employee to learn specific skills. An apprentice earns money and is provided with training by the College that leads to qualifications.

Interested in adding value to your business and minimal cost?

The return on an apprentice far outweighs an employer's initial investment as employers themselves will be the first to tell you. 80% of employers who take on apprentices say that they make their workplace more productive, 67% say they reduce recruitment costs and although there is no guarantee of a job for an apprentice the end of their training, 83% of employers appoint them to skilled jobs when they've qualified.
