Suffolk New College are on the search for a Information Systems Data Apprentice to join our busy Funding & Performance Team.

Working alongside the Information & System Development Officers and the wider Funding & Performance and College teams, you will be ensuring accuracy surrounding data entry to the core College systems, checking and correcting errors for the crucial funding returns, supporting with information relating to Full time, Part time, Apprentices, Leisure Learning and Commercial and ensuring all the information is up to date.

You will hold a good standard of education including a minimum of 4 GCSE’s at Grade 4/C or above including Maths & English at minimum of a Level 2 standard equivalent or commitment to achieving these alongside your apprenticeship standard. You will also hold a Level 2 equivalent qualification.

The ideal candidate will have general administrative experience and a keen interest in IT and administration with a desire to learn more about the Funding & Performance processes within the College.

The College will provide you with support as an Apprentice to work towards a Level 3 equivalent Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship Standard. You will also develop core employability skills and receive support to achieve your English and Maths to a Level 2 standard if you do not already hold these qualifications.

This role is based at the Ipswich Campus. However, Suffolk New College is a multi- campus College and therefore you may be required to work between campuses from time to time.
