    Course Overview

This course is based at our Suffolk Rural (Otley) campus.

Specialised project learning to identify and access an appropriate next step. Students on this provision have the opportunity of a practical based curriculum that is bepoke and tailored to meet their individual needs.

The programme is designed to expose learners to local agencies they could work with at the end of their college journey, and will create a joined up approach between teaching staff and primary care givers, in order to put an effective, person-centred 'next steps' plan in place.

Students on this provision have a wide variety of support needs. This allows us to provide high levels of support throughout their timetable.

A carefully designed target setting package allows learners to follow their learning journey and track their own progress. A transition package out of the college is offered allowing learners to engage with their 'next steps' agencies before they leave, to help support and overcome barriers to change.
