    Course Overview

    This course is based at our Ipswich campus.

    This programme is suitable for students that would like to develop their independence, communication and social skills.

    Students will receive high levels of support throughout the programme. Students will be assessed throughout the programme, working to achieve individualised goals and targets. The programme focuses on subjects such as self-awareness, making choices, communication, life skills, employability skills, and numeracy and literacy. All the subjects have been selected to guide the student towards independence wherever possible.

    We want our students to become confident learners, and to develop the key skills needed to help them be more independent and successful in the future.

    Next Steps

    On successful completion of this course, students can progress on to another Supported Learning course such as Vocational Studies or Enterprise.

    No tuition fees are payable for students aged 16 – 18 on 31 August 2021.
