NCFE CACHE level 4 award for promoting health and wellbeing through physical activity and nutrition co-ordination (PANCO)
This unit qualification will suit students aged 19 and over, and who is currently employed as early years Level 3 practitioner, working with children from birth to 5 years of age. It would suit learners who are looking to develop leadership and specialist skills for use in their current role, or in preparation to take on a specialist role such as a Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator.
The course consists of one unit:
EYAP 2: Promoting health and well-being through physical activity and nutrition co-ordination (PANCo) in the early years

Next Steps
This qualification is a good choice for you if you are looking to progress to become an Advanced Practitioner within the early year’s workforce. The Advanced Practitioner will use crucial leadership skills to mentor others across all roles and responsibilities in the early year’s workforce
On completion of the course, students will be excellently placed to move into managerial roles, especially the PANCO role; mentoring and coaching roles within early years settings.
Students may wish to continue working at level 4 and complete another stand-alone unit (EYAP 3- SEND), or complete the full CACHE level 4 Early Years Advanced Practitioner course.
