This course runs over 1 academic year and is focused on developing the skills you need to work in a health or care setting.

Upon completing the course, you will be equipped with the experience and qualifications needed to work in the Healthcare sector.

Overview:

This course has been designed with input from the leading employers in the care industry. It provides enriching modules combined with practical work to support your career goals of working within this industry. Work placements and practical assignments give you the advantage of having more experience to take forward into apprenticeships or employment. You will complete the Care Certificate within the course as well as other minor qualifications that will support your progression into work.

Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Care Assistants in Residential and Nursing Homes, Domiciliary Care, as well as many other entry-level job roles in the NHS.
