In this workshop learn the art of how to decorate your own centrepiece Christmas cake. You will be taught how to cover cakes with Sugar Paste & create simple elegant designs, and introduced to cutters, edible craft Dusts & Lustres. All materials will be supplied. Please note that the enrolment for this course closes 3 working days prior to the start of the course. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process late enrolments after that point. Our refectories will not be open, so you may wish to bring your own refreshments with you.
