    Course Overview

This course is based at our Ipswich campus.

This course willinclude life skills whilst also focusing on being part of a community and how you can support it. We will look at initially taking care of ourselves with life skills and then apply the learning to the community around us. It will include basic life skills like hygiene, confidence building, personal safety, health needs etc for the first part but then will move onto the community part. This will involve getting involved in community projects, supporting charities and hopefully some voluntary work or Enterprise based projects.
