Course overview

This study programme is for you if you want to learn chef skills in our fantastic kitchens, alongside serving food and drink to our customer base in our excellent restaurant, known as Chefs’ Whites. You will also experience our Chefs’ Whites Deli and produce a range of food items for lunch, served to the students in the Atrium.

There are exciting internal and external events such as the Mayor’s Ball and the Suffolk Show that you will participate in as part of our high-quality student team.

This study programme includes evening sessions every week.

For this course assessments are based on observations and assignments.
