You will study both the theory and practical aspects of the subject through completion of specialist units, including Preparing Metal and Pre-Painted Surfaces, Repairing Minor Paint Defects, and Removing and Fitting Non-Permanently. You will also gain a broad knowledge and understanding of the health and safety requirements. Practical activities are completed in fully-resourced workshops led by highly competent and qualified staff. Students must pass all practical and theory elements of the programme to achieve this nationally recognised qualification.

Kieran Connell - IMIA Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Accident Repair and Paint Principles

You gain great knowledge to prepare you for working in the accident repair industry and the workshops are well equipped with up to date equipment. My teacher’s skills and knowledge were outstanding and they were always referring back to their experiences in industry. On completing my Level 2 course I progressed to Level 3 Accident Repair and was entered to trial for the UK Skills, where I was encouraged by all teachers and was really pleased with my achievements. I now currently work for a local accident repair body shop.
