Foundation Learning Overview

Our Foundation Learning programmes are tailored around you. Our programmes will get you ready for a Level 3 programmes or an Apprenticeship by giving you the skills needed to succeed. Your study programme will be completely personalised, if you want to move in to employment then our Moving Forward (Employability Pathway) programme will be perfect for you. On this programme you will develop the skills wanted by employers, undertake a relevant work placement and develop Maths and English.

If you are undecided about your future steps then the Moving Forward (Education Pathway) could be for you. On this programme you will focus on developing key skills such as communication, time keeping and confidence. You will get the opportunity to complete a work placement and plan and deliver an enterprise project.

If you want to get to University or study a Level 3 programme, then the Moving Forward Level 2 programme could be for you. On this programme you will complete an Enterprise project, develop critical thinking skills, undertake a relevant work placement and decide you future career plan.
