Course overview

The study programme is designed for those who wish to progress onto a degree programme, and you must be aged 19+ at the time of enrolment.

The study programme includes 60 Level 3 credits which will be made up of:

  • Introduction to Drawing
  • Printmaking
  • Contextual studies
  • Colour/ 3D/ Using a workshop
  • Techniques and processes
  • Visual studies
  • Modernism
  • Communicate and investigate through drawing
  • Final Major Project

There is also a study skills unit which will help you prepare for academic writing, researching, and preparing for presentations.

A variety of assessments are used, which include completed artwork, sketchbooks, essays, reports, presentations, portfolio evidence, and a final major project.

You will be in College for 2 days for the Diploma.
