Information & Reception Assistant (Evenings)
Up to £21,435 per annum pro rata, plus an enhancement in lieu of annual leave.
14 hours per week, term-time only (36 weeks per year)

We are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic individual to provide a positive, efficient and effective information and reception service, supporting and advising learners, visitors, and staff with a wide range of general enquiries.

To apply you should have a relevant Level 3 qualification, excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work pro-actively with a customer –focused approach.

The main base for this post is the Ipswich Campus, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you will be required to work at and travel between campuses.
