Help ~ I’ve left my ID card at home. Can I still borrow a book?

How can I check what books I’ve got out?

You can check your own record at  learningcurve.suffolk.ac.uk. see account  you can find out which books you have and when they are due for return. You can also renew your loans and see what you have borrowed in the past.

I’m waiting for a book to come back ~ can you tell me who has it?

I let someone else use my ticket, and now I’ve got an overdue/fine/bill for lost books they’ve borrowed ~ what can I do?

You’re responsible for all books taken out on your ticket. Please don’t delay in coming in to tell us about a problem ~ you’ll have to persuade them to return the books, or replace it.

There’s a long queue at the Issue Desk and I only want to return some books. Can I leave them on the counter?

Sorry, but no ~ books returned this way may be overlooked and therefore not taken off your record. This can cause problems for you later.
