HOW TO APPLY

Full Time Courses

If you wish to apply for a full time course commencing in September 2010, you will be required to complete a Application Form.

Click here to download an Application Form. Simply print it out, complete all you details, sign and send to:

There are no official deadlines for any applications. However, we recommend that you submit your application form as soon as you have decided on your course choices, as this will allow us to invite you to a programme guidance session or interview at the earliest opportunity.

Additional Support Disclosure Form

If you indicate on your form that you have any learning needs or disabilities, we ask that you complete the Additional Support form in order that we can identify any support you may need whilst studying, if any.

Declaration of Criminal Convictions

If you have any criminal convictions, you may be required to complete the Declaration. Please see the Student Guide to Enrolment for further details. Please be aware that if you do not indicate any convictions you have, it may be necessary for Suffolk New College to terminate your studies.

Part Time Courses

If you would like to enrol for a part time course for 2009/2010 please contact the Information Team on 01473 382200 or e-mail info@suffolk.ac.uk or if you require an enrolment form.

Declaration of Qualifications - Level 2

If you indicate that you do not hold any Level 2 qualifications, you may be entitled to a reduction in tuition fees. SuffolkCollege requires you to submit the Declaration of Qualifications with your enrolment form

If you are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, you may be entitled to enrol for just £25. Please click here to see the lists of benefits that do and do not qualify for fee remission or contact the Careers & Welfare Advisor on 01473 382734.
