Our courses at Suffolk New College

As you would expect we are experts at what people call 'vocational' courses - in other words, courses that employers from industry, commerce and the professions want - courses with lots of practical work and skills development. We are well used to people telling us how quickly our students have grown in self-confidence as they master new, real-life, work-related tasks and problems.

Less well known is that we also teach A levels. These are often seen as the 'gold standard'. In fact we have one of the largest and thriving programmes of AS & A2 courses within the whole of South Suffolk, with over 200 students studying on a wide range of individually tailored programmes.

Put these full & part time academic and vocational options together, with a wide range of apprenticeships, and we offer you probably the widest choice of qualifications in the whole of the county at most levels.

We also provide Leisure Learning courses in a wide range of subjects, in venues across South Suffolk.
