The College employs approximately 500 staff, employed on a range of contracts and flexible working arrangements, such as part-time, term-time, variable hours and 9 day fortnight. We also offer our staff a generous benefits package including; final pension salary scheme, generous holiday entitlement, with an additional closure period at Christmas, staff development days, childcare voucher scheme, and a state of the art working environment.
