TRAIN TO GAIN AND YOUR BUSINESS - HOW DOES IT WORK?
We offer skills advice that is impartial, flexible, responsive and offered at a time and place to suit the business. This ensures that the delivery of the training is much more responsive to the needs of the business.
You are six easy steps away from receiving this training and we will support you at every stage:
- Analyse the skills your business needs
- Identify the right training
- Agree a tailored training package
- Deliver the qualification
- Review the progress you’re making
Step 1: Analyse the skills your business needs
Based on a clear understanding of your business goals, we will work with you to carry out a Training Needs Analysis of your business to assess what skills your business has right now and what it might need in the future.
Step 2: Identify the right training
A number of training recommendations based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis will be identified. These recommendations will help you:
- Pinpoint the type of training that best suits your needs
- Choose how and when the training is delivered
Step 3: Agree a tailor made package
Once the type of training has been identified and how and when it is to be delivered a training package will be produced that is tailored to meet your business needs.
Step 4: Deliver the qualification
The training is delivered at your workplace by trainers and assessors who are experienced in the industry.
